Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse technology.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and counting abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers according to customer specifications.
• Move, stack, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick mixed pallets and prepare orders for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Audit paperwork and packing lists to ensure products received match documentation.
• Inspect loads and products for damage.
• Prepare pallets for shipment, including wrapping, banding, and securing loads.
• Perform forklift inspections and identify equipment issues.
• Optimize trailer and warehouse space utilization.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
