Job summary

Randstad USA in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team on the night shift. You will safely move pallets, load and unload, and help maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners.

Candidates should have at least 6 months forklift experience, a valid PIT certification or pass our test, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; a safety-first mindset is required, with opportunities for temp-to-perm.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of forklift operation experience (stand-up experience preferred).
• Valid forklift operator certification or ability to pass in-house practical test.
• Reliability with a team-first attitude and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• High-level stacking: safely placing/retrieving pallets from racking.
• Inventory accuracy: use RF scanners to track items.
• Narrow-aisle navigation: operate forklifts in tight spaces safely.
• Inbound/outbound support: assist with loading/unloading trailers as needed.
