Job summary

Macmillan in Gordonsville, VA is seeking a full-time rolling equipment operator for night shifts (Sunday night - Thursday night, 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.) with overtime as needed.

You will move merchandise with rolling equipment, label and stage items, and support safe, accurate loading and shipping. This role requires a High School diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 6–12 months rolling equipment (forklift) experience.
• Ability to read picking orders, manifests, bills of lading, and simple instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills, including keyboarding and WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate rolling equipment to move and locate merchandise and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Label, pick, and load cartons and pallets for shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep a clean, safe work area.
