Job summary

MPS in Gordonsville, VA seeks a Rolling Equipment Operator to safely move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise using forklift and related material handling equipment.

You will pick cartons, load conveyors, verify orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper labeling and paperwork for shipping while upholding safety and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is Sunday night–Thursday night, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year forklift/rolling equipment experience.
• Ability to read orders, labels, and shipping documents.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick cartons and stock from racks for replenishment and staging.
• Load cartons onto conveyors and the induction line.
• Place products in designated picking locations and ensure labeling correctness.
• Maintain inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and counts with bills of lading.
