Job summary

Randstad USA in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a warehouse associate to master palletized inventory movement on busy docks. You will load, unload, and stage hundreds of pallets per shift using a pallet jack, and work hands-on with receiving and shipping to minimize congestion.

You’ll perform putaway and retrieval, navigate narrow aisles, assist with cycle counts, and support safety by following PPE rules and work instructions. This on-site role includes a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) test.
• Experience operating pallet jacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master movement of palletized inventory on high-traffic docks.
• Load, unload, and stage hundreds of pallets per shift with a pallet jack.
• Manage inbound and outbound pallet flow to minimize congestion and downtime.
• Execute accurate putaway and retrieval in designated zones.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks as needed.
