Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA seeks a hands-on Logistics Loader/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will load/unload trailers, operate forklifts, and stage materials to keep operations moving.

Shift is Fri–Sun, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a strong team, focusing on accuracy, safety, and steady growth within an established snacking leader.

Qualifications

• Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate handling and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
• Operate forklifts safely and stage materials to support warehouse flow.
• Organize products in the warehouse for efficient storage and easy order fulfillment.
• Verify quantities and maintain accurate documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues to supervisor.
• Prepare products for shipping and ensure secure loading onto delivery trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Assist in cycle counts and other stock-related duties for inventory management.
