Utz Quality Foods, LLC in Hanover, PA is hiring a Logistics Loader/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This full-time role involves loading and unloading trailers, operating forklifts safely, staging materials, and supporting efficient product flow.

Shifts are Friday through Sunday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have opportunities for growth while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.

• Verify quantities and documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues.
• Prepare products for shipping and ensure safe loading onto delivery trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist in inventory by performing cycle counts and stock duties.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Experience with high reach forklift is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate handling and shipping of products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
