Job summary

Conagra Brands in North Mankato, Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts and move materials in a fast-paced production environment. You will pick, deliver, and replenish materials using SAP and inventory systems, maintain accurate counts, and support safe, efficient storage.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year forklift experience, attention to detail, and a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule with overtime as needed.

• 1+ year forklift experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, stage, stack, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Support production by accurately picking, delivering, and replenishing materials using SAP and warehouse inventory systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through product labeling, inventory transactions, cycle count verification, and documentation review.
• Receive, organize, store, and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure efficient material flow and proper stock management.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and quality checks while maintaining compliance with safety, food safety, and warehouse standards.
• Promote a culture of teamwork by supporting training efforts and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
