Job summary

KLN Family Brands is a long-standing, family-owned company in Minnesota seeking a Material Handler to support inventory control and warehouse operations. The role requires following formulas to batch dry ingredients, performing counts, and ensuring proper material storage.

You will contribute to safe, efficient loading/unloading of trucks, operate forklifts when licensed, and maintain cleanliness across raw material areas while supporting team needs.

Qualifications

• General mathematical ability required.
• Experience or training up to 1 month or more.
• Self-motivation and reliability.
• Ability to learn, memorize and execute procedures.
• Must read and comprehend instructions
• Able to coordinate with production and timely deliveries of materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory transactions and ensure accurate costing and lot tracing.
• Batch dry ingredients following formula sheets.
• Perform physical counts of raw inventory and reconcile.
• Run stage location reports and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Rotate and store raw materials properly.
• Load and unload trucks accurately; operate forklift as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and safety compliance.
