Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking an Equipment and Machine Operators to operate forklifts, move materials, and support production on an on-site Texas site. The role requires safety adherence, the ability to read instructions, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse workforce.

A high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of internal certification are required, with opportunities for growth within CRH's broad platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass internal certification.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Spanish preferred for diverse team communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift as directed and in compliance with safety policies.
• Read job specs to determine adjustments and material needs.
• Position forks and lifting devices for loading and unloading.
• Transport loads to designated areas and stack materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain accurate weight records and production schedules.
• Flexibility to take on other duties as needed.
