Job summary

Xpedient Logistics in Shorewood, Illinois, is hiring Team Members to operate powered industrial equipment and perform forklift duties during the 6:30pm–3am shift. The job pays $22 per hour and focuses on safe, efficient warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking and staging.

You will maintain accurate records, follow OSHA guidelines, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test.
• Lifting cases weighing from 20–45 pounds repeatedly.
• 18 years or older.
• Working in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Operate forklift and manage pallet movement with care.
• Follow rack loading/unloading procedures and safety standards OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operations in a manner promoting safety
• Put away inbound shipments and move product to storage using a forklift
• Picking cases by the each onto pallets using powered equipment
• Prepare product for shipment with correct item and quantity
• Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping records and reports
• Report quality variances
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• Perform duties as assigned by management
