Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Wisconsin to efficiently move palletized and non-palletized freight on a dock. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, load and unload trailers, and help secure cargo while following safety policies.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
Available to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes, including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight efficiently.
Use motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.
Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
Work safely and in accordance with company safety policies.
Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
