Job summary

Conagra Brands’ Henning, Illinois facility is seeking a Forklift Operator to stage, maintain and move raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse that supports PAM cooking spray production. The role reports to the Team Lead Warehouse and collaborates with a large team to uphold safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include daily forklift inspections, material handling with bar-coding, accurate pallet tagging, and ensuring proper inventory placement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Commitment to working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily forklift inspections and support the unloading and staging of raw materials.
• Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials using the bar-coding system and creating accurate pallet tags.
• Move finished products to the warehouse and ensure accurate inventory placement through the bar-coding system.
• Verify shipment staging, bills of accuracy, lot codes, and product information.
• Maintain a clean work area to support food safety and OSHA requirements.
