Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking to fill a position in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, moving pallets, and ensuring safety and quality on the production line.

Responsibilities include waste handling, inventory control, and cooperation with team leads to meet production and shipping targets. A High School diploma is preferred, with experience in a food environment advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment (3+ months).
• Preferred experience in food processing or packaging.
• Experience in USDA/FDA/OSHA/GMP compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated safety behaviors with focus on zero injuries.
• Support quality work processes and GMP compliance.
• Operate shrink wrapper and replace wrap film; manage waste removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks; move inventory in warehouse.
• Record truck set temperatures and SKU counts for inbound shipments.
• Monitor conveyor systems and communicate issues to team lead.
• Work overtime to meet production and shipping schedules.
