Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes paperwork completely, concisely and accurately.
• Distinguishes varieties of fruit and records usage.
• Evaluates fruit condition and recommends rejection when needed.
• Records and records a split ticket of fruit used.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment timely.
• Calculates and records fruit usage data accurately.
• Identifies problems and initiates adjustments for efficiency.
• Addresses potential food safety/quality issues with supervision.
• Notifies supervisor of issues with actions taken to resolve.
• Maintains professional conduct and safe work practices at all times.
