• Cleans and sanitizes equipment promptly.
• Calculates and records fruit usage data.
• Identifies problems and initiates operational adjustments.
• Addresses potential food safety and quality issues.
• Informs supervisor of issues and actions taken with preventive recommendations.
• Maintains professional conduct and good housekeeping at all times.
