Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the night shift in Wisconsin. You will inspect trailers, load/unload products, and ensure accurate paperwork, supporting inbound and outbound operations with a focus on quality and safety.

Your duties include receiving goods, stocking, pallet picking, and performing safe truck operations. The role demands physical stamina, ability to work in cold environments, and regular weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have basic math knowledge.
• Proven work history.
• Fit for a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work in cold environments and around moving equipment.
• Able to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs trailer inspections for inbound and outbound orders, ensuring trailers are secured and meet temperature/food safety requirements.
• Loads/unloads products using RF scanners; ensures paperwork accuracy and coordinates with supervisor/QA/inventory control.
• Receives products from POs or stock transfers; checks case counts, codes, dates, pallet counts, and notes damages.
• Ensures quality of outbound shipments, accurate weight distribution, and compliance with procedures.
• Puts away received product, replenishes pick locations, and conducts full pallet picking for customer orders.
• Completes daily Powered Industrial Truck inspections and reports safety concerns to supervision/maintenance.
• Follows GMPs, Saputo food safety/quality programs and regulatory requirements.
• Reports potential quality/food safety/workplace safety hazards to management.
• Attends required training, shift meetings, and committees.
