Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Plymouth, WI, is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Team member to ensure the smooth flow of cheese products. You’ll operate forklifts, receive and stock goods, pick orders, load trucks, and maintain safety and organization on the floor.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll join a high‑performing team with wage increases at 90 days and one year, plus a $1.00 per shift differential. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and safely operate forklifts.
• Ability to lift and stack up to 50 lbs., including overhead.
• Comfortable working in cool warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset.
• Experience using warehouse software, scanners, or RF systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive, unload, and properly store incoming products.
• Verify finished products and organize them in the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
• Load trucks and ensure orders are correct and rotated properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Interact professionally with truck drivers and complete all shipping paperwork.
• Dependable attendance is essential to keep operations running smoothly.
