Job summary

US Foods in Montgomery, AL is seeking a courteous Forklift Operator for the PM shift to move palletized product from dock to storage and back, using a forklift and high-lift safely.

You will perform replenishment, conduct safety checks, document warehouse damage, and keep aisles clean while following all safety policies. OSHA forklift certification is required; HS diploma preferred; offers health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write legibly and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must understand Voxware commands used for warehouse operations.
• OSHA forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Transport pallet loads from dock to correct warehouse slot using powered industrial equipment.
• Replenish pick slots from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels.
• Perform safety checks on battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
• Record all product, equipment and warehouse damage.
• Maintain clean aisles by removing debris and following safety policies.
