Job Summary

Assist machine operators and production teams with tasks such as maintenance, cleanup, yard work, warehouse duties, utilities, and material handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks in a sequential manner.
• Stack blocks/pavers onto pallets repeatedly.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety regulations and wear security gear at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment immediately.
• Perform forklift duties as assigned.
• Clean machinery and surrounding areas during downtime.
• Transport trash and debris from production areas.
• Keep pallets organized.
• Operate machinery and equipment following safety guidelines.
• Assist lead operator in preparing for shifts and learn machine mechanics.
• Operate conveyors, ramps, elevators, and other equipment as trained.
• Use hand tools and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Complete shipping/receiving documentation and label products.
• Handle stockpiles, verify loads, and maintain inventory counts.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand simple instructions and safety procedures.
• Pass internal certification training.
• Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate lockout/tagout procedures and keep keys secure.
• Attend safety meetings regularly.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Stand for extended periods, lift/move up to 100 lbs., and work in dusty environments.
• Follow safety gear protocols (respirator, gloves, glasses, back support).
