Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Associate II (Forklift Operator) to handle loading/unloading, inventory replenishment and order picking in a full-time daytime role at our facility. The ideal candidate operates stand-up/sit-down forklifts, uses RF scan devices, and follows strict SOPs to maintain accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, KPI-driven performance, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards. Training in DOT/RCRA may be provided where required.

Qualifications

• Two plus (2+) years' warehousing experience.
• Proficiency on a stand up or sit-down forklift.
• WMS experience is preferred.
• Able to understand and follow instructions and report issues.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and load products.
• Pick orders and relabel as needed.
• Operate forklift equipment and RF scan gun.
• Maintain safety practices and PPE compliance.
• Meet KPI guidelines and document activities.
