Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Anoka, MN, is seeking a Material Handler to safely transport materials between locations, ensuring a steady flow of raw materials, WIP and finished goods to production. Reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and works weekend night shifts (7pm–7am).

Training is provided for forklift operation and safety rules. The role offers $24.25/hour with 90‑day increases to $26.49 and rises to $34.02 with performance; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to manage time efficiently and work safely.
• Ability to operate forklift (training provided).
• Strong teamwork and communication with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Transport completed products, WIP, raw material and scrap on a timely basis.
• Inform supervisor of material unavailability and locate materials.
• Serve as a go-between with supervisor and co-workers.
• Keep forklift and battery maintained and charged.
• Observe safety and housekeeping rules and report hazards.
• Maintain general housekeeping in non-production areas.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
