Job summary

Federal Ammunition in Anoka, MN is seeking a Material Handler to safely move materials between locations and support production. You will transport finished goods, WIP, and raw materials on a timely basis, and communicate shortages to supervision. Training on forklift operation is provided as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, keeping work areas clean, and assisting with related duties. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Transport completed products, work-in-process, raw material and scrap between operations and warehouses on a timely basis.
• Inform supervisor when materials are unavailable or delayed.
• Serve as liaison between supervisor and co-workers.
• Keep forklift and battery in good condition.
• Observe safety and housekeeping rules.
