Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate III to unload and load trailers, operate powered lift equipment, and process orders in a fast-paced distribution center in Ashland, VA. You will use RF units and High Jump to track product and resolve issues, while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, forklift/heavy equipment experience, and completion of Lift Operator Certification. Overtime, weekends, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years in warehouse environment
• 2+ years operating forklift or heavy equipment
• OSHA lift operator certification required
• Ability to follow directions and adjust priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work overtime including weekends

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers using powered equipment
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and packing boxes
• Generate reports to support error resolution in receiving
• Support inventory audits, invoicing, and tagging shipments
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure safety practices are followed
• Maintain safe warehouse environment and adhere to policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
