Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Foreman (Night Shift) to lead a crew on energy services projects during nighttime operations. You will supervise skilled craft workers, ensure safety, and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating tasks, enforcing OSHA standards, interpreting blueprints, and mentoring crew members to sustain performance. Strong leadership and night-work experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in energy services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven experience supervising night crews.
• Strong understanding of construction methods for energy services projects.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; extended hours may be required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate craft workers during night shifts.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to optimize personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct toolbox talks.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders for accurate execution.
• Track progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Operate tools and equipment safely as needed.
• Communicate project status with managers, superintendents, and foremen.
• Train and mentor crew members to maintain productivity.
• Complete daily reports, timecards, and necessary documentation.
• Troubleshoot problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Manage and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
