Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a sanitation associate responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment in our processing area on a Sunday - Thursday shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) with 0–3 years in food production or manufacturing, ability to operate equipment, read MSDS, and forklift

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years in food production or manufacturing; ability to operate various equipment; read and understand MSDS; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of processing and manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare sanitation chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure caps are in proper locations.
• Set up equipment for use, lifting/moving equipment and/or chemicals.
• Assess and rectify problems on equipment.
• Read, understand, and follow SOPs.
• Train new team members.
• Communicate with management daily.
• Create work orders as needed by supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation supply inventory.
• Review CIP chart data.
