Schwan's is hiring for a full-time food manufacturing role on the 3rd shift (8:15PM - 5:15AM). You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and ensure quality from raw materials to finished goods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motion capability.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Comply with USDA/OSHA/state/federal regulations and GMPs.
