George DeLallo Company is seeking an entry-level Food Production Line Associate for the Penn, PA area. The role involves operating production machinery, assembling ingredients, quality checks, and maintaining sanitation on a night shift schedule (Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 pm–5:30 am with overtime and Saturdays as needed).

You will work with a team to meet production goals, adhere to safety standards, and support cross-functional tasks.

Competenze

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Must be available to work 5–6-day weeks and extended hours as needed.
Successfully complete drug screening, physical and background check requirements.

Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
Assemble food products or ingredients per recipes and production guidelines.
Inspect products for quality and report defects.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
