Job summary

George DeLallo Company in Penn, PA is seeking a Food Production Line Associate to operate machinery, assemble ingredients, and ensure safe, high-quality foods on the production line. You will work Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AM with overtime and Saturdays as needed, maintain sanitation, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.

The role includes on-the-job training and a strong emphasis on cleanliness and food safety, with opportunities

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Must be available to work 5–6-day weeks and extended hours as needed.
Successfully complete drug screening, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
Assemble food products or ingredients according to recipes and production guidelines.
Inspect food products for quality, reporting defects to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment.
Handle raw materials and packaging materials with care.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including storage and disposal.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
