Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking entry to mid-level Team Members to support overnight or early shifts in Portland, OR.

You will assist with product preparation, display, stocking, and counter service, while ensuring a positive company image through courteous, efficient customer interactions. Responsibilities include preparing products, labeling and dating, maintaining sanitation, and supporting health and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience not required.
• Knowledge of products in department.

• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares products for display and sale; may include cutting fruits and vegetables, measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials.
• Forming food items into defined shapes and sizes; labeling, dating, covering, and rotating prepared product.
• Baking, cooking, or otherwise preparing product and ensuring it meets quality guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness of merchandising areas, walk-ins, freezers, and preparation spaces; cleans as needed.
