Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an entry-level Team Member to support overnight receiving and floor maintenance. You will ensure product quality, stock shelves, and assist with back stock while upholding company standards and a positive store image.

Responsibilities include handling overnight deliveries, aiding other teams, and delivering courteous service to customers and teammates. Flexible schedule and adherence to safety and SOPs are required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of products in the department.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Must be able to meet customer service standards in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality to meet WFM standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and prep areas.
• Receive product and report miss-picks to leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers and vendors.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Report safety hazards or violations promptly.
