Job summary

Magnolia Foods, Llc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Operator for our Mira Loma, California site. You will operate and monitor food manufacturing equipment, assist with batch mixing per GMPs, and help maintain safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires strong English communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently on a night shift from 9:45 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Training provided in GMPs and QA practices.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable, and able to perform duties efficiently.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

• Strong English reading and speaking skills for policy and procedure adherence.
• Complies with GMP, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing equipment per GMPs and recipes.
• Ensure products meet specifications for color, weight, and appearance.
• Start up/shut down machinery safely and efficiently.
• Document required information in logs and reports.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area daily.
• Follow lockout/tagout and PPE procedures at all times.
