Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, assist with material handling equipment, and repair facility systems. The role helps ensure equipment reliability and food safety across the facility.

The position requires the ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics, work night shifts, and participate in the safety program. High school diploma or GED and electrical knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of single and three-phase electrical systems.
• 1 year experience in facility maintenance or preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery.
• Repair defective machines and equipment per manuals and diagrams.
• Assist with maintenance of Material Handling Equipment and battery watering.
• Set up and break down food processing equipment.
• Perform building maintenance such as plumbing, lighting, and remodeling.
• Work night shifts and occasional weekends.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety programs.
