Job summary

Campbell's in Salem, OR is seeking a Packer to join the 3rd shift (9 PM–5 AM). You will prepare cartons, manually pack products, palletize, and perform final quality inspections to ensure packaging integrity.

You will fold, tape, label, and stack cartons while maintaining clean work areas under 5S and safety guidelines. Additional duties include operating a pallet jack to move goods up to 300 lbs, assisting with line startup and changeovers, and reporting packaging issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pack product into cartons and displays per packaging specs.
• Prepare cartons/trays, fold, tape, label and secure ends.
• Perform final quality inspection of finished goods for packaging integrity.
• Operate pallet jack to move finished goods up to 300 lbs.
