Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Packer to join our packaging team. You will prepare cartons, pack products, and conduct quality checks to ensure accurate labeling and presentation. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of production experience.

Overtime may be required; we offer comprehensive benefits and a safety‑driven work environment. Shift is 3rd shift, 9 PM to 5 AM, with base pay per hour as advertised.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of production experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cardboard cartons/trays for product packing by folding, taping, sorting, and labeling cartons, securing carton ends and placing cartons/trays on the work area.
• Visually inspects final product packaging for integrity and correct labeling; removes defective items.
• Stacks cartons/trays on pallets using proper patterns and handles weights up to 300 lbs when needed.
• Follows safety, 5S, and hygiene guidelines and assists with sanitation tasks as directed.
• May operate tray making/stapling machines and assist with line startup or changeovers.
• Overtime may be required to meet production needs.
