Job summary

Millennium Print Group, a leading trading card printer and subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, seeks a Folder Gluer Operator for night shifts in Morrisville, NC. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot Bobst Folder Gluer equipment to produce high-quality cartons and displays on a fast-paced line.

Expected responsibilities include reviewing job tickets, maintaining quality, coordinating with the team, and ensuring safety and material management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of Folder Gluer operating experience.
• Experience operating Bobst equipment preferred.
• Packaging, converting, folding carton, or print manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Bobst Folder Gluer equipment.
• Review job tickets and production specifications before each production run.
• Produce straight-line cartons, auto-bottom cartons, four-corner displays, sleeves, and other specialty products.
• Monitor quality throughout production to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Inspect products and maintain production samples.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make operational adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain equipment performance.
• Maintain production documentation and records.
• Coordinate workflow with production team members and temporary operators.
• Communicate machine status and production updates during shift handoffs.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate material needs.
• Follow all company safety, quality, security, and operating procedures.
