Millennium Print Group is seeking a Die Cutter Operator for the night shift in Morrisville, NC. You will adjust, maintain, and safely operate a Bobst/Die Cutting Machine to meet customer specs and production goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating a die cutter.
• 2
• Ability to follow procedures and policies.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to identify and organize resources for tasks.
• Skill in adjusting powered machines using hand tools.
• Ability to conduct accurate measurements with proper tools.
• Ability to communicate proactively with coworkers and listen to others.
• Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review job tickets and prepare machine and supplies for each job.
• Set up Bobst/Die Cutting Machine to specified speeds and production rates with supervisor approval.
• Operate machine to run products as indicated and ensure correctness of operation.
• Test samples for paper properties before production.
• Inspect skids and documentation for accuracy during production.
• Inspect machine for safety issues and request maintenance as needed.
• Keep machinery clean and maintain records in Job Jacket and Die Cutter Tracking Form.
• Complete Bindery Log and Die Cutter Tracking Form.
