Brunswick Gun Runner (Foamer) position located on the marine production floor in Vonore, TN. You will read blueprints, mix and shoot flotation foam, and ensure foam quantities meet precise specifications. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential as you operate foam guns and related tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with drills and foam guns.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Manufacturing or marine experience preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented with excellent safety practices.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow exact instructions.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine foam placement and quantities.
• Drill foam holes per specifications.
• Mix and shoot flotation foam using foam gun.
• Calculate foam volumes and shot timing.
• Calibrate foam guns for consistent output.
• Inspect foam fill for quality and correctness.
• Maintain PPE and clean work area.
• Report issues to supervisors.
