• Ability to read and understand Job Descriptions and blueprints.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Reads prints and braces on a large boat.
• Leads helpers in bracing; performs foam holes, structural glass tie-ins, gel coat work.
• Installs wood bracing in hulls and helps control material usage.
• Operates hand and power tools; maintains PPE safety practices.
