URBN in Gap, Pennsylvania seeks a Flow Coordinator to oversee replenishment fulfillment in the distribution center. You will liaise across departments, staying detail-oriented and goal-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Mon—Thu, 5:00pm–3:30am. Responsibilities include maintaining the 21-Day Planner, labor planning, and end-of-shift reporting, with cross-functional problem solving and safety adherence.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain 21-Day Planner and monitor progress.
• Report at start, bi-hourly, and end of shift and ensure timely completion.
• Set daily labor goals to keep channels within SLA.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues impacting operations.
