Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a Floor Technician for a full-time night shift at the Tesla Lithium facility in Robstown, TX (4518 Co Road 28). The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment to keep the site safe and clean.

Responsibilities include hard floor care, carpet care, and restorative processes across floor types, with emphasis on safety and proper use of equipment. Flexibility for other duties as assigned is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floors.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Apply carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques including shampooing and extracting.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
