ESFM, a division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for a full-time Floor Technician in Warren, OH. The location is 711 Perkins Jones Road NE, Warren, OH 44483.

The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 pm to 4:30 am with online applications accepted only. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment, with duties including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and carpet care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
