Job summary

ESFM USA in Florence, KY is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to maintain and restore floors and operate industrial floor care equipment during the Sunday–Thursday night shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am).

The role requires prior floor care experience, knowledge of floor care techniques, and the ability to follow safety procedures, including lifting up to 50 lbs. The position offers benefits through ESFM and a stable night-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 lbs required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains hard-surface floor maintenance procedures including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for large area floor cleaning.
• Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
