Job summary

Sizemore is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Grove City, OH to maintain floors (hard surfaces and carpet) across commercial sites. Responsibilities include mopping, buffing, shampooing, and general cleaning under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Able to follow safety procedures and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care (mopping, scrubbing, buffing) and carpet maintenance (vacuuming, shampooing)
• Provide general cleaning services and restock supplies as needed
• Operate floor care machines safely and observe safety rules
• Report equipment issues and maintain clean work areas
• Follow project-specific cleaning instructions and maintain documentation
