Job summary

Texas Health Dallas is seeking registered nurses for a float pool with night shifts. Positions are full-time, 36 hours weekly, and may float to the Rapid Response Team. Orientation at the Arlington corporate office is required within the first 1–5 days.

The role demands ICU/PCCU or Telemetry experience, RN licensure in Texas, and certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, and NRP/NRPA within specified timelines. Self-scheduling and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN license required upon hire.
• 1 year RN experience; ICU/PCCU or tele/Med Surg preferred.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days.
• NRP/NRPA required within 90 days for float to perinatal areas.

Responsibilities

• Float to ICU/PCCU areas delivering high-level nursing care.
• Respond to patient needs and maintain safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan patient care.
• Support self-scheduling and participate in education growth.
