Texas Health Dallas is hosting a Registered Nurse/RN Float Pool Virtual Hiring Event for ICU and PCCU nurses seeking full-time night shift opportunities. Qualified candidates will be scheduled for interviews; orientation at Arlington corporate office may be required; work location is Dallas, TX; nights 7pm-7am and 36 hours weekly.

This float pool role requires a nursing diploma or higher, Texas RN license, 1 year RN experience (ICU/PCCU/Telemetry/Med Surg preferred), BCLS, ACLS within 90 days,

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or higher required (RN).
• 1 year RN experience required.
• 1 year ICU/PCCU/Telem/Med Surg experience strongly preferred.
• Texas RN license required upon hire.
• BCLS required prior to independent patient care; maintained quarterly.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• NRP required within 90 days of hire; NRPA required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Respond to safety, physical, psychological and social needs of patients.
• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Participate in self-scheduling to support work-life balance.
• Contribute to education and career growth within the Float Pool.
• Float to Rapid Response Team as needed.
