Henry Ford Health Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support clinical operations across Henry Ford Health facilities in Michigan. You will float to multiple hospital locations, primarily night shifts, with contingent- 24 hours per month.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN license.
• 2–3 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Willingness to float to multiple facility locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred (education).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across multiple medical and surgical units.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based nursing care plans.
• Provide professional nursing services across a broad spectrum of clinical situations and patient acuity.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
• Maintain flexibility and float to multiple facility locations as needed.
