Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift. The role supports multiple units, rotating as needed to cover census fluctuations while maintaining high-quality patient care.

You will report to Nursing Management and provide leadership to the healthcare team, with opportunities for professional growth and participation in the Center’s programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit in an Acute Care Facility is required.
• Current California RN license and BLS (CPR) Certificate required.
• Successfully pass a telemetry rhythm test as part of the pre-employment requirement.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Act as a team member on multiple units while assigned to one unit per shift.
• Exhibit flexibility by rotating within the cluster and supervising/delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
