Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize and coordinate care for age-specific and developmentally appropriate patients.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff in accordance with scope of practice.
• Document care and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
