Qualifications

• Experience with high quality labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging.
• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing, color management, and press mechanics.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work physically around machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses producing extended content labels.
• Read and interpret job tickets, specifications, artwork, and production schedules.
• Install printing plates, inks, dies, and substrates according to job requirements.
• Maintain proper color registration, print quality, and die-cut accuracy throughout production.
• Perform press adjustments to optimize print quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and correct print issues quickly to minimize downtime and material waste.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of press equipment.
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals.
